- Brand Information: Glenlivet region of Scotland was harsh, uninviting and isolated - the sort of environment that bred a certain character; tough, resilient and single-minded. As ever, adversity creates opportunity. One man seized that opportunity to achieve his vision of making perfect whisky and in 1824 George Smith applied for, and was granted, the first legal license to produce whisky in the parish.
- Product Information: Gold medal winner at the 2005 Spirits Challenge. Matured in French Oak from the Dordogne, The Glenlivet 15 Year Old is beautifully structured with an interplay of fruits and spices. A sweet, intense nose with hints of citrus leads into a full palate contrasting the sweetness of mango with cinnamon and pepper. A long, creamy finish.
